Justin has been working on these guys for sometime. There has been numerous changes to the actual implementation of the color scheme. He always had the colors down, just was not sure exactly how he wanted to place everything. The symbol on the hood is a freestyle over a decal. Decals can really help out a freestyle design in achieving a clean look. As always the exposed skin on these guys is green. Justin believes that Eldar should be green. Go figure.
